After receiving our first mail, if you are convinced that the car is as per your requirements, you have to follow the following steps.

Gurujoga Japan Ltd. must receive a deposit from you before we can let you bid.
The deposits can be made via credit card payment or by Wire T.T. Via bank, in the both cases the money should be in our account a day before the car is to be auctioned.
A Minimum 70,000 YEN deposit is only for 1 purchase. If the customer wants to make 2 purchases, 2 deposits are required. However, with 1 deposit, the customer can make unlimited bids unless the customer wins the bid, BUT customer has to pay 1,000 Yen on each unsuccessful bid and only 1 purchase will be allowed. In this case, the first successful bid will be purchased.
The deposit is refundable anytime. However, customers must pay all bank fees. If the deposit is made by credit card, the deposit will not be refundable until 1 month after the payment date. There will be additional a 3% charge plus normal bank transaction fees to process the refund. The 3% refund fee and 1 month holding period are only for deposit made by credit card.
- When you make a successful bid (won the bid), you are notified by e-mail or telephone and an invoice will be sent to you with in 12Hrs by fax or email (we will deduct the deposit which we have received earlier from the total amount)..
- You have to send us the full balance amount which appears on the invoice, with in 2 working days, via Wire Transfer T.T. only, in this case payment by credit card will not be accepted Note: We do not accept any Pay Cheques as well.
- Upon confirmation of receipt of your payment, we will arrange all the necessary work and various export procedures for your vehicle to the port of your choice and send B/L (it is needed when you pick up the cars from the port in your country) to you by FedEx/ DHL or EMS.
