Payment to Auction House
We pay all costs associated with purchasing a vehicle at auction, including the auction fee.Transport to Port
We arrange transportation of the vehicle/s from the auction house to the Port.Storage
We store the vehicle/s in a secure site at the Port until shipment.Deregistration
We arrange and undertake all necessary work such us deregistration of the cars and all documentation work.Customs Documentation
All necessary documents for export are provided by us to the Japanese Customs Authority.Shipping
We arrange the shipment of your vehicle to the Port you specify in the "Registration Form" or "Auction Request Form" (Order Form) with proper way available.
We schedule shipment, prepare and arrange for loading. (See Shipping Information for more details).
If The term of payment is FOB basis; then customers have to be responsible for all the risk after the shipment. Therefore, we recommend you insure all the vehicles you purchased to avoid having problems in case you are involved in the terrible accidents.
Marine insurance requires an additional 10,000 YEN on the top of your ocean freight and we will do it upon your request. Provision of Documents Required for Import and Ownership
Once a vehicle is shipped we forward you all the documents which you need for the Custom Clearance in your country and proof of ownership e.g. B/L (Bill of Lading), invoice, and Japanese De-Registration Certificate. If available we also provide service books which are sent under separate cover.
